  • We store your opt-in/opt-out status and message logs to demonstrate compliance and manage your preferences.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by activity (typically 1–3 per appointment).
  • We do not use public URL shorteners in SMS messages.
  • Message delivery depends on your carrier network; carriers may not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6) Sharing Information

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf under contracts that restrict how they can use it:

  • Messaging: Twilio (sending/receiving SMS and storing delivery/opt-in logs).
  • Hosting & Website: our hosting/CDN and site operations providers.
  • Analytics: our analytics providers (for site performance and usage insights).
  • Payments (if applicable): our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

We may also share information to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or in a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition).
